PRIVACY POLICY

Here at ParKel Soft SRL, we make a point to ensure kids and families can enjoy our games without concerns for their privacy and safety. That’s why, our apps are not collecting any data that is personal info and we don’t provide access to external links without a parental gate.

Also, ParKel Soft apps for kids are developed in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

At the same time, we care about creating smart and fun educational apps for kids. To do that, we need to understand how efficient our games are at what they do: being fun and educating kids. 

No personal information from children is collected

ParKel Soft does not collect anything that is personally identifiable in our apps for children. This means no data that can be considered personal information (e.g. name, address, email, location, photos, videos, drawings, the ability to chat, other personal data, or persistent identifiers used in combination with any of the above).

No ads and No registration

All ParKel Soft apps are Ads free. All the content available in our apps can be played without any ads and without any registration.

No integration with social media sites

ParKel Soft apps do not contain any integration with Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media sites or services.

No Internet connection required

ParKel Soft apps do not require an internet connection. However, our apps may try to access the internet to send and receive small amounts of data if you have an internet connection.

No push notifications

ParKel Soft apps do not contain push notifications.

What data is collected

ParKel Soft may collect non personal information that can help us to improve our apps. For example, tuning the difficulty levels in order to get an optimal progression for kids.

The data collected includes, but is not limited to, the following game-related indicators: screens the player visits, time spend in the applications, difficulty levels played etc…

All collected data is strictly anonymous: we never get to match playing behavior to player identities, and that is because, as stated before, the game doesn’t collect any kind of personal information.

Like many other apps for kids, ParKel Soft apps are built using Unity, a game engine that collects analytical information in order to better understand your use of our Games and to improve them for you. Unity does not share any personal information with other third parties. Unity will use the collected information only in anonymized form for their own products.

We have also explicitly indicated to Unity that our products are aimed at children under 13 (which means Unity is aware that the handling of information should be COPPA compliant).
